I Jonathan
Hudgell of Stowmarket in the County of Suffolk
Innkeeper do make this my last will and testament
.................... following that is to say I give
and bequeath all my monies and securities for money
household .............wines liquors and provision
in and about my dwelling house at the time of my
decease, goods challels personal estate and effects
whatsoever unto Ann my wife and to for her own use
and benefit she .............there out off any debts
financial and ........ expenses and I nominate and
appoint her sole executrix of this my wife in
witness where of I have unto set my hand and seal
this twentieth day of July in the year of our lord
on thousand eight hundred and twenty. Jonathan
Hudgell is signed sealed published and declared by
the said Jonathan Hudgell the
and for his last will and testament in the presence
of us who in his presence at his request and in the
present of each other have hereunto subscribed our
names in witness Thomas Balls Sam Offord Sub £100 Probate of this will was made in common form before the Rev Christ Lawson .............to the worshipful John Gooch...... 7th June 1822 by the oath of the sole executrix to whom Admcon Ve was granted being sworn saving alright
